FIRST COMMUNITY BANK We have been working with First Community Bank since 1996. Our first project with them was a small branch in Bernalillo, New Mexico (6,065 SF). After the initial branch project, we were called on to build their new corporate headquarters (30,887 SF) in the Journal Center business complex. Along with the headquarters, there was also a banking call services area and administrative offices. In 2003 we completed two projects for First Community Bank. We completed a 4,450 SF branch in Santa Fe, New Mexico and a 61,173 SF office, warehouse complex in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2004 we completed an extensive rennovation of a branch (9,500 SF) in historic Santa Fe, New Mexico. After starting this project we ran into numerous difficulties with the structure that had to be overcome. Along with this project, we had very strict building code issues due to the historic nature of Santa Fe. Our most recent project completion (2006) was a branch (4,850 SF) in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Two of these projects won NAIOP Awards of Merit.

SANDIA LABORATORY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION This credit union is part of the Ventura Place Center. Each building must follow general requirements for the Center such as colors, stone accents and window treatments. This branch was designed to take advantage of the Paseo Del Norte frontage and the views of the Sandia Mountains. The building has 1,800 SF of lease space, but the credit union plans to utilize that space in the future so finishes were done to match the credit union's space.
