ADC This facility is located at the Santa Teresa border crossing in southern New Mexico. The project is a state-of-the-art industrial warehouse and manufacturing facility. The original 331,800 SF of manufacturing and warehouse, office space has the expansion capability of another 260,000 SF.

CHAPARRAL MATERIALS Being a supplier of drywall, framing, ceiling, wall finishes and insulation products, there was a need for three buildings on this project. There is a warehouse, office and storage shed. Many of the company's products were featured in the design of these structures. The showroom features their lines of decorative ceiling products and are integrated in a way that doesn't give the look of a typical cluttered showroom. Through value engineering, we were able to reduce the need for a massive retaining wall system and realize a savings of almost $600,000. to the client. Even though weather played havoc with the construction schedule, we were able, with an accelerated schedule, to complete the project to allow the client to move in on time.

NATIONAL ELECTRIC This facility is an office, distributorship and warehouse for the headquarters of National Electric Supply and NICOR manufacturing companies. This is a rather large footprint building on a relatively small site, with some extreme slope issues. Through careful planning and creaytive building placement, we were able to acheive an efficient 38% building to site ratio. We also met the owner's aggressive four month schedule.

SHAMROCK FOODS Being the seventh largest food distributor in the United States, Shamrock Foods chose a site in Westland Development Park on the Westside of Albuquerque, New Mexico. There is a 36,000 SF office area,, two massive 87,000 SF warehouses, a 10,000 SF freezer and over 33,000 SF of cooled regrigerator space reaching 10-40 degrees. The building was completed in 12 months utilizing state-of-the-art construction management techniques with planned expansion built into the design.
