RIVERSIDE EXECUTIVE OFFICE This two story office building is located in the Riverside Plaza, mixed use development. It is placed tio maximize the land area of the site, to provide adequate parking and site circulation (both vehicular and pedestrian) and to take advantage of the views from the site to the surrounding bosque and mountains. It was designed to accomodate multiple tenants or single floor users.

U.S. FOREST SERVICE This three story building is designed in such a awy to provide a courtyard atmoshere, which creates a central access point to both buildings. The strategic positioning on the site allows for ease of ingress and egress to the adjoining Masthead and Rutledge streets without congestion or confusion. The design is modern and maximizes the use of glass and natural daylight. This building is now occupied totally by the U.S. Forest Service. Won 2006 NAIOP Award of Merit

JEFFERSON PLAZA This 77,000 square foot, two story, concrete-tilt office building was initially designed as home for its initial tenant, PR Newswire, which occupies 26,000 square feet of space on the first floor. Shortly after the beginning of the design/build process was started, CH2M Hill committed to lease 20,000 square feet of space on the second floor.
The complete design/build process, for the shell building, was completed in seven months. One month after receipt of the CO on the shell building, the two major tenant improvements were completed. Within one year, from the start of the design/build process, the building was fully occupied with the completion of the tenant improvement for the USFS, which leased the remaining space in the building.

ECLIPSE AVIATION This simulator aviation facility sits on Albuquerque's Westside, near Double Eagle II Airport.This building is a two level, structural steel structure on a 3.5 acre site. This building houses four full motion simulators as well as the support areas for full flight training operations. It was designed for future expansion as the company grows into it's 150 acre campus.

HUUWAKA This building is the new headquarters for Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company. It is a one story, neo-pueblo design to recall the historic vernacular of Santa Fe, New Mexico, as well as incorporate modern trends in architecture. It is multi-functional, handling all aspects of the company's operations in one location. Won 2005 NAIOP Awrad of Merit

EMCORE This facility is located in the Sandia Science and Technology Park in Albuquerque, New Mexico at the entrance of Sandia Laboratory. This project houses the offices for Emcore's three product divisions as well as being a semi-conductor manufacturing facility emcompassing five clean rooms and three research development labs. We have also completed three additional phases for Emcore. Won 2001 NAIOP Award of Merit.

IAIA The Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) is both a professional and teaching museum. As the only baccalaureate Museum Studies program in the United States that focuses specifically on Native American and indigenous artworks, the IAIA museum meets a unique need in the Native American higher education. The Museum's collection is the environment within which IAIA's Museum Studies students are trained. This was a rennovation of a 70 year old historic building that was on the National Historic Register as well as being located on Santa Fe's historic downtown plaza.

BUSINESS ENVIRONMENTS This building is headquarters for a 32 year old, family owned business. They are the largest, commercial and office furniture and flooring contractor in New Mexico. The facility consists of 13,000 SF of showroom and 13,000 SF of warehouse distribution. The mezzaninie area provides additional showroom space and corporate offices.

BONTIERRA OFFICE BUILDING This project is the second major office building within the Riverside Plaza, mixed use development. It is the corporate headquarters in Albuquerque for KB Homes. The structure is a two story, territorial style, consisting of 36,000 SF of Class A office space. This project was built using the design/build method and was completed in 120 days and on budget.

WILSON BUILDING This building was designed to be primarily Wilson & Company's international headquarters, but the floor plan allowed for flexibility. The design/build challenge required assembling Wilson & Company's in house architecural, structural and engineering services with our mechanical engineers and sub-contractors to meet the 7½ month schedule.
